Payment Policies

We are private reserve

At Finca Lantana Monteverde we want to have a close and pleasant relationship with all our customers and that is why we inform you of our payment policy

a. prepayment
b. cash payment
c. credit payment

In advance: minimum 8 days prior to your reservation.
Cash: The day of the reservation will be paid at the office.
Credit: You must send an email to [email protected] to make your credit request.
NOTE
Any reservation that is not cancelled 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
If on the day of the tour we have bad weather (thunderstorms or heavy rains) the tour will be cancelled and a refund will be made.
