- Cancellation due to thunderstorm
If conditions are considered dangerous for the trek (thunderstorm or high winds) the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be offered to clients.
The safety of our clients is our top priority - Cancellation for other reasons
If a client decides to cancel the trek for personal reasons or other circumstances a cancellation policy will apply. In this case, if the client does not cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, no refund will be issued.
These refund policies are intended to protect the safety of our clients in risky situations and to maintain a clear policy in case of cancellations due to other circumstances.
